Board Members Present: Patricia Evans, Shirley Hutcheson, John Zambroski, Diane Flanagan
Others Present: Residents representing 29 homes in the subdivision. Sharon Sheldon of HMS, Cherokee County Police Officer, Attorney Philip Ladin
Proceedings: Meeting call to order at 2:12 pm by Patricia Evans, President
- Pool area repair issues and resolutions were discussed.
- A new Gmail account was announced for resident’s questions and concerns to be heard.
- A Cherokee County Police Officer discussed safety issues for the neighborhood.
- Sharon Sheldon of HMS was introduced and discussed areas of responsibility for HMS.
- The hiring of a new landscaping company and the resultant savings were discussed.
- The pool opening of May 20th was discussed, along with the decision to continue the use of All Clear Pools for maintenance.
- Guidelines for resident property maintenance was discussed, as well as resultant penalties for failure to maintain property.
- Pat Evans announced that a financial review of the HOA was to commence.
- The method for homeowners to apply for a board position was explained.
- The meeting was suspended at 4:00 p.m.
