CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 3927 Keystone Ridge on Sunday March 9th at 7:00 PM. Attendees included William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, Deborah Rogers, Melissa Jones, Connie Keller, and Greg Thompson (Non-voting President).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the annual meeting held on November 3rd were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for November 2024 thru February 2025 were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
Homes that are more than 2 years past due were discussed.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Melissa to set a budget of $500 for landscaping the dirt area around the front entrance signs.
A motion was made by Mark and passed unanimously to hire a lawyer to assist with the collection of dues for homes that are at least 2 years past due.
A motion was made by Will and passed unanimously to replace the old pool pump.
OLD BUSINESS
Front end landscaping project was discussed.
- Tree trimming was completed.
- Irrigation system was repaired.
NEW BUSINESS
The board discussed hiring a lawyer to assist with the collection of dues for homes that are at least 2 years past due.
- ACC will also ask questions about ACC violations and enforcement.
- The board will research unregistered rentals in the community and ask about enforcement.
Pool pump needs to be repaired or replaced.
The annual meeting date was discussed.
- The annual meeting will be held on Sunday May 18th at 2pm
- Will and Deborah will be up for re-election.

ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting of the BOD will be the annual meeting in May. The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 PM.
