Pool hours 9a – 9p
Pool Opens Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day (unless posted otherwise).
Homeowners in good standing have complete access to use the pool.
Please do not share your pool code with your neighbor.

Absolutely no alcohol, smoking or food in pool area.
Food allowed in pool house area only. Please clean up after use and dispose of trash in provided receptacles.
Children age 16 & over may be by themselves otherwise a responsible adult must be with children AT ALL TIMES.
HOA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NOTIFY ACWORTH CITY POLICE OF TRESPASSERS AT ANY TIME .
TRASH – pick-up is on Tuesday mornings and if it falls on a holiday, pickup is the following day.

NEW HOMEOWNERS:
There is a one time $200 transfer fee for new homeowners but this fee is handled at closing.
