CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5050 Vail Drive on Wednesday August 8th at 8:10 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, William Godfrey, Connie Keller, Mark Perdue, and Greg Thompson (Parliamentarian)
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on July 2nd were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for June were received late, and approval was conducted via email
Financials for July were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
Letters for homes with late fees will be compiled and sent out soon. Homes with late fees are encouraged to pay thru HMS until November 30th. After which, dues can be paid directly to the HOA.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Deborah and passed unanimously for a budget of $200 for the “end of year” BBQ held on Saturday September 15th.
OLD BUSINESS
Fence repair project will be tabled until later this year/early next year. Pressure washing & staining was estimated at $2800, not including the stain.
NEW BUSINESS
Mowing of the GA power line area will happen soon.
BB&T account is in the process of being created. Savings account was pulled from HMS and will be deposited in the BB&T account when ready.
An end of year newsletter is being drafted and will be sent out immediately.
30″ Tree Easement liability needs to be researched with the county clerk.
