CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5072 Vail Drive on Wednesday April 7th at 8:00 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, Connie Keller, William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, Dawn Sprulin, and Greg Thompson (Non-voting President).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on September 20th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for September thru December 2020 were presented by Will and approved unanimously via email.
Financials for January thru March 2021 were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Dawn and passed unanimously to reach out to electricians for an estimate to improve the lighting situation (at the pool).
OLD BUSINESS
Georgia Power was contacted about the light at the pool parking lot. The light is ours, and runs off power from the pool house.
It is still recommended to the board, by service contractors, to hold off on our major projects until pricing goes down.
NEW BUSINESS
Georgia Power was contacted about landscaping the power line area. They landscape every six years, and we are on the schedule for 2022.
Annual Meeting will be on May 22nd at 10:00 AM at the pool house.
Swimming pool will re-open mid-May.
Speeding in the neighborhood was discussed. The board will try to contact repeat offenders.

ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting of the BOD will be in May. The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 PM.
