CALL TO ORDER
The annual meeting of Winterchase Homeowners was held at the Winterchase pool house on Saturday May 22nd at 10:05 AM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, William Godfrey, Connie Keller, Dawn Spurlin, and Greg Thompson (Non-voting President), and members representing 5 homes.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the annual meeting held on May 23rd 2020 were read.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Treasurer’s report of financials for 2020 to 2021 was presented Will Godfrey.
Bank statements for 2021 were made available.
MOTIONS
A motion for approval of minutes was made by Greg Thompson and passed unanimously.
A motion for approval of the treasurers report was made by Deborah Rogers and passed unanimously.
A motion was made by Traci Hunt and seconded Deborah Rogers to allow visitors at the pool passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
Projects from last year were reviewed:
- Front entrance mulch project with volunteers.
- Tree cleaning and pruning on neighborhood grounds.
- New pool gate and lock.
- GA Power area cleaning.
NEW BUSINESS
Current landscaping projects are put on hold due to labor/material inflation from COVID.
Fence and flowerbeds near the pool will be worked on first. However, they currently lack vendor support.
Community health was discussed:
- Graduates were recognized (sign and facebook).
- Email list growth.
- Rentals down.
ACC report was presented by Connie Keller.
- Yard of the Month program started for 2021.
- Enforcement success.
No member submitted themselves as a candidate. BOD will remain unchanged.

ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting of the BOD will be in July. The meeting was adjourned at 11:00 AM.
