CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at the Winterchase Pool House on Saturday May 19th at 4:00 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, Mark Perdue, William Godfrey, Greg Thompson (Non-voting President), and members representing 5 homes.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the annual meeting held on May 20th 2023 were read and approved.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Treasurer’s report of financials for 2023 to 2024 was presented Will Godfrey.
- Bank statements for 2024 were made available.
- Largest expenses for 2023 were pool related (maintenance and repairs), landscaping, and new bulletin boards.
- Dues will remain at $400.
MOTIONS
A motion for approval of minutes was made by Deborah Rogers and passed unanimously.
A motion for approval of financials was made by Mark Perdue and passed unanimously
OLD BUSINESS
Chain link fence around the pool was replaced.
New pool furniture was purchased. Membership noted that the new furniture has poor quality. The board will investigate upgrading in a few years.
NEW BUSINESS
Greg Thompson discussed the importance for volunteers to continue to help keep dues down.
The board is looking for volunteers to help with pool furniture during inclement weather.
The boards focus for this year will be collecting on delinquent dues.
The board is actively looking at options to complete front entrance landscaping and come in under budget.
The board discussed a project day to stain the fence around the pool.
No member submitted themselves as a candidate. BOD will remain unchanged.

ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting of the BOD will be in October. The meeting was adjourned at 4:45 PM.
