CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 3927 Keystone Ridge on Sunday November 3rd at 5:00 PM. Attendees included William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, Deborah Rogers, Melissa Jones, Connie Keller, and Greg Thompson (Non-voting President).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the annual meeting held on May 19th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for June thru October were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
Highest expenses included landscaping, insurance, and pool maintenance.
Notices will be submitted to homes who have not paid dues for 2024 before moving forward.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Mark and passed unanimously to get quotes to repair the irrigation system around the front flower beds.
OLD BUSINESS
Front landscaping project was discussed. Trees will be trimmed by January and monkey grass will be added around the bushes.
NEW BUSINESS
Pool will be winterized for 2024. Greg will research radiator heaters for pool plumbing.
Bulletin board landscaping will be updated by Melissa.
