CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5053 Vail Drive on Sunday March 9th at 7:30 PM. Attendees included William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, Connie Kfeller, and Greg Thompson (Non-voting President).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The meeting minutes from meeting held on March 9th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for July 2025 thru August 2025 were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
Biggest expenses so far: fence project, pool maintenance, and landscaping.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Mark and passed unanimously to sign a new landscaping contract.
OLD BUSINESS
Fence project was completed. Staining will take place in 6 to 8 weeks.
NEW BUSINESS
Greg presented a new, cheaper, landscaping estimate with Elevated Landscaping.
The board discussed laying down sod in the area where grass isn’t growing at the front entrance.
The board discussed Greg’s position as President.
Connie presented an ACC report and was approved unanimously.
- Yard of the Month program will conclude for the year next month.
Will and Greg will meet with the lawyer soon to discuss collecting from past due homes.

ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting of the BOD will be the annual meeting in December. The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 PM.
