Bank statements and financial reports presented.
We voted to add a metal fence around the pool house so that access to the bathrooms is restricted. Neighbors asked if we can do the fence between the pool and playground. John will ask about pricing for that. If under $5,000, then it is approved.
We need more involvement from the neighbors on ACC and other board positions. Several neighbors stepped up and volunteered. We will hold a new board meeting soon.
Patricia Evens voted in to replace Shirley Hutchenson as Vice President.
Neighborhood ACC voted in.
The sidewalks are getting a little crowded thanks to overgrown trees/bushes. There was talk about maybe paying someone to trim those back. Nothing was decided on this.
