Went over the HOA BB&T checking account, $ 20,815.49.
2014 HOA dues paid amount is $ 13,730.00.
Two swings missing from playground was replaced.
Greg will talk to Mark about opening the pool on May 17th. The first initial
cleaning of pool furniture and bathrooms. Pool chairs are fine.
Adding storage area to side of pool for storage budget is $ 800.00 dollars.
Odete will place plants for the front entrance signs and pool area budget is
$ 300.00 dollars.
John will have the front retention ponds cleaned out of deprive.
Veruschka will post Graduation sign at the front entrance the first week of May.
Vote passed to have only 10% rental properties allow in Winterchase
subdivision.
Website is working well, now can receive online payments for half, discounted,
and whole HOA dues. Greg has access to make changes to website. Need to email Rafael to give access to Veruschka to post newsletter and minutes.
Mail out and posting on website for voting pilot for position of President. Grace will stay on till neighborhood meeting scheduled for Saturday, May 17th at 10:00AM. Food , refreshments, and bounce house will be provided for at the meeting.
