Hello neighbors,
School is almost out for summer. As your HOA board, we invite you to our annual Homeowners Association meeting on Saturday, May 17th at 10:00am at the pool-house.
We will be providing coffee and donuts, and even a Moon Walk for your children’s entertainment. Please take the time to visit with your neighbors and be a part of making Winterchase an even better community.
We will be discussing many items on the agenda: financials, restricting rentals to 10%, voting in new members and changes you’d like to see take place. Our landscaper and general contractor will also be on hand to discuss their services available to all Winterchase homeowners at a discount due to our ongoing relationship with them.
At this time any homeowner who wishes to pay any HOA dues will be able to do so. The standard $35.00 late fee will be applied for payments received after June 15th.
Pool opens on May17th as well. Please make sure you are abiding by the pool rules for everyone’s safety. Anyone who lost their pool keys may contact Shirley to get a new one. A $ 25.00 re-key fee does apply.
Grace Laughman will be stepping down from the position of HOA President. We will be voting for our new HOA President, Secretary and ACC Chairman at the meeting. If you cannot make it to the meeting, then please mail in the ballot or reply in the Contact tab of this website.
