CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5052 Vail Drive on Wednesday October 18th at 7:45 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, Mark Perdue, Connie Keller, Will Godfrey, and Greg Thompson (Parliamentarian).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
This is the first meeting of the new BOD; therefore there are no previous minutes that need to be approved.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials were not received by HMS prior to this meeting.
MOTIONS
Shirley Hutchinson resigned after being elected to the board. The board determined that Doug McMinn had the next most votes, and he will be chosen to fill the empty position.
Positions were decided as follows by the BOD:
- President: Deborah Rogers
- Vice President: Doug McMinn
- Treasurer: William Godfrey
- ACC Chair: Connie Keller
- Secretary: Mark Perdue
Greg Thompson assigned as parliamentarian to the BOD.
Will Godfrey assigned to be 2nd person of contact with HMS.
Deborah Rogers assigned to communicate to HOA attorney to discuss re-writing neighborhood by-laws and covenants.
Will and Deborah assigned to obtain estimates to fix the light in front of the neighborhood.
Connie Keller will meet with Officer Hall of Acworth Police Department to discuss Acworth city code as it relates to ACC code enforcement.
Deborah will communicate with Sharon from HMS asking specifically for a bank statement for the month of October 2017.
OLD BUSINESS
This is the first meeting of the new BOD; therefore there is no old business.
NEW BUSINESS
New business could not be completed at this meeting and will be on the next meeting agenda and minutes.
