CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5052 Vail Drive on Wednesday October 27th at 8:10 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, Mark Perdue, Connie Keller, Will Godfrey, and Greg Thompson (Parliamentarian).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on October 18th were approved unanimously
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials were not received by HMS prior to this meeting.
MOTIONS
Mark motioned to choose Will’s contact, Shannon, from Country Home Remodeling and Repair to replace the transformer, GFI outlet, and day/night sensor for the light at the entrance.
Deborah motioned to contact Shannon for an estimate regarding the swing set, and for repainting parking lines at the pool.
Deborah motioned to obtain 2 estimates for completing a yearly audit.
OLD BUSINESS
Connie met with Officer Hall from Acworth police department. Abandoned cars are a city violation and can be reported. Offenders have 10 days to respond.
NEW BUSINESS
Connie mentioned a neighbor wanting an above ground pool in backyard. The BOD would like a picture of the projected project to vote on approval.
The board went into executive session to discuss amending and implementing new by-laws and covenants.

ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting of the BOD will be determined after meeting with the lawyer to discuss re-writing and implementing by-laws and covenants. The meeting was adjourned at 10:05 PM.
