CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5053 Vail Drive on Monday July 2nd at 8:00 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, William Godfrey, Connie Keller, Mark Perdue, and Greg Thompson (Parliamentarian)
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on May 30th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for June were not received from HMS prior to this meeting. Late dues will be assessed when June financials are received.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Deborah and passed unanimously for an “end of year” party tentatively set for Saturday September 15th.
A motion as made by Mark and passed unanimously for a community yard sale tentatively set for Saturday October 13th.
OLD BUSINESS
Neighborhood by-laws have been signed, notarized, and submitted to the lawyer for filing.
A BBB case has been filed with the goal of terminating HMS contract early to save money monthly.
Cobb County Water has refunded $854.88 for the water leak from last winter.
Fence repair project phase 1 (repair & cleaning) was completed thanks to the help of neighborhood volunteers.
Yard of the Month program is up and running. Winners are displayed on the private Facebook page.
NEW BUSINESS
Fence repair project phase 2 (pressure washing) is under way. Quotes for equipment rental need to be assessed.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
We are looking for help on two items:
- A trailer to transport the mower to clear out the GA power area. We have volunteers ready to do the work and just need transportation for the equipment.
- Any leads on a pressure washer to use for phase 2 of the fence repair project.
