CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 4021 Snowshoe Court on Wednesday May 30th at 8:00 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, William Godfrey, Connie Keller, Mark Perdue, and Greg Thompson (Parliamentarian)
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on April 18th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Connie and passed unanimously to charge $10 on the first offense, and $5 on repeat offenses to move the trash cans.
A motion was made by Mark and passed unanimously to table pool light repair until later due to initial estimate.
A motion was made by Will and passed unanimously to budget $3,000 total for the fence repair project (Phase 1/3: $500, Phase 2: $2,000).
A motion was made by Mark and passed unanimously to approve of the new newsletter.
OLD BUSINESS
After surveying and agreeing with membership, new neighborhood by-laws were approved unanimously. They will be filed by our lawyer as soon as possible.
After surveying and agreeing with membership, the board voted unanimously to terminate the services of HMS as soon as possible.
Trash can policy was discussed.
NEW BUSINESS
Underwater pool light is in need of repair, estimated at $500-$1,000.
Fence repair project was presented by Greg.
- Phase 1: repair broken pieces and clear surrounding areas.
- Phase 2: pressure washing.
- Phase 3: staining.
Fence repair project Phase 1 will start the weekend of June 9th.
A new Winterchase newsletter was presented by Deborah.
