CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5072 Vail Drive on Saturday April 4th at 7:00 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, Connie Keller, William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, Doug McMinn, Greg Thompson (Non-voting President), and Dawn Spurlin
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on January 11th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for the period of January to March were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
We have already collected dues from 27 homes, and 2 have made partial payment!
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Greg and passed unanimously to draft a newsletter to reflect closing of playground and pool until further notice.
A motion was made by Mark and passed unanimously to schedule the annual meeting for Saturday May 23rd at 10 AM.
OLD BUSINESS
New pool gate is still in process of getting a final quote. Project is still within the set budget.
ACC report was presented by Connie and approved unanimously.
- No major ACC violations since last meeting.
- Yard of the Month program has started!
Fence project work days will be schedule on upcoming dry weekends. Volunteers will communicate via Facebook.
NEW BUSINESS
Pool inspector needs to be contacted concerning opening the pool later this year.
Doug McMinn has chosen to step down from the Board of Directors. The Board has chosen Dawn Spurlin to replace the vacancy.
