CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5072 Vail Drive on Saturday January 11th at 6:00 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, Connie Keller, William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, Greg Thompson (Non-voting President), and Dawn Spurlin
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on July 17th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for the period of July to December were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Greg and passed unanimously to replace the pool door with a new basic key system.
- Research on specific doors will be done by next meeting.
- Initial budget set at $500.
A motion was made by Will and passed unanimously for dues to remain the same ($350) for 2020.
A motion was made by Deborah and passed unanimously that Mark and Connie will be up for re-election.
OLD BUSINESS
Annual BBQ received positive response. BBQ will be scheduled at the next meeting for either April/May or September/October.
Neighborhood watch meeting was well attended. It was good to connect with the local officers, but we decided to not join the formal program. Neighbors are reminded to call 911 directly, not board members, for such issues.
ACC report was presented by Connie and approved unanimously.
- No major ACC violations since last meeting.
- Mow and blow procedure was reviewed.
- Retention ponds are scheduled to be cleaned.
Fence project work days will be schedule on upcoming dry weekends. Volunteers will communicate via Facebook.
NEW BUSINESS
The board discussed the options of resurfacing the pool parking lot (~$2,000) and replacing the pool parking lot (~$7,000).
- The board voted 3:1 in favor of replacing the pool parking lot.
- Estimates and other information will be compiled for the next board meeting. Project will then be presented to the community at the next annual meeting.
The board discussed if dues needed to be changed for 2020.
