CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5072 Vail Drive on Tuesday May 12th at 8:00 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, Connie Keller, William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, Dawn Sprulin, and Greg Thompson (Non-voting President).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on April 4th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for April were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
Lien letters will be sent to homes who are 2 years past due.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Greg and passed unanimously to reach out to the community on two items:
- Little Free Library, a book sharing club. Cost of $300.
- Front Yard, social distanced, BBQ scheduled for the afternoon of May 23rd.
A motion was made by Will and passed unanimously to talk with the lawyer about grading and drainage damage.
OLD BUSINESS
The board received 0 candidates for the upcoming election at the annual meeting. Therefore, the board will remain the same until May 2021.
A final *repair* quote for the pool door is on its way. Door will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
Latest fence staining project was successful. Next phases include staining the remaining pressure washed area, and the “GA Power” area.
Surveillance system at the pool will be updated.
NEW BUSINESS
Planning for the annual meeting took place.
- Meeting will be as socially distanced as you want. The pool and parking lot area will be used.
- Pool parking lot repaving project will be discussed.
- 2:30PM Drive-Thru Graduation Celebration! Meet at 2:15 at the pool for car lineup.

Annual meeting will be Saturday May 23rd 10AM at the pool house! See you there!
