CALL TO ORDER
The annual meeting of Winterchase Homeowners was held at the Winterchase pool house on Saturday May 23rd at 10:05 AM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, Dawn Spurlin, and Greg Thompson (Non-voting President), and members representing 12 homes.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the annual meeting held on May 11th 2019 were read.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Treasurer’s report of financials for 2019 to 2020 was presented Will Godfrey.
Bank statements for 2020 were made available.
MOTIONS
A motion for approval of minutes was made by Will Godfrey and passed unanimously.
A motion for approval of the treasurers report was made by Mark Perdue and passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
New congratulations sign for graduates was purchased last year, and is currently on display.
Neighborhood beautification report by Connie Keller was read by Greg Thompson.
- Edging was the focus of 2019, and everyone has made a good effort to keep the sidewalks clean. Focus in 2020 will be trash cans.
- Volunteers for the fence staining project were recognized and thanked.
NEW BUSINESS
Dawn Spurlin was introduced as the newest board member, replacing Doug McMinn.
Dawn discussed the project to replace the pool door. New door would include keypad style lock, new post for one side of the door, and finer mesh grating. (Estimate @1500)
Membership discussed the support for and the location of the free lending library.
Membership approved of the project to replace the pool parking lot. Work will begin after the pool season.
Sanitation and spacing at the pool during COVID-19 period was discussed.
No member submitted themselves as a candidate. BOD will remain unchanged.

The next meeting of the BOD will be in June. The meeting was adjourned at 10:50 AM.
