CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5072 Vail Drive on Monday August 16th at 7:00 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, Connie Keller, William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, Dawn Sprulin, and Greg Thompson (Non-voting President).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on April 7th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for April through July 2021 were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Dawn and passed unanimously to reach out to electricians for an estimate to improve the lighting situation (at the pool).
A motion was made by Mark and passed unanimously to move forward with the pool retaining wall project. Community will be notified via printed and digital newsletter.
A motion was made by Connie and passed unanimously to add Dawn to the ACC as a member.
A motion was made by Deborah and passed unanimously to notify the community via newsletter of the clarification of overnight parking.
OLD BUSINESS
The electrician has been unresponsive in estimating the pool area lighting.
Dogwood estimate for the retaining wall by the pool will cost $4,500.
NEW BUSINESS
Architecture Control Committee (ACC) report was discussed.
Enforcement for covered cars with expired tags will be researched.
ACC guidelines document will be drafted. The board will approve of a common violations list.
Overnight parking at the pool was discussed.

- Overnight/over-flow parking at the pool is a service available from 9 PM to 9 AM. If you use this service, please move your car by 9 AM when the park and pool are both open. Open parking needs to be available for those services.
- Special situations are still okay. Members need to contact the board for approval.
