CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5072 Vail Drive on Friday December 3rd at 8:00 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, Connie Keller, William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, Dawn Sprulin, and Greg Thompson (Non-voting President).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on August 16th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for August through November 2021 were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
$3,000 transfer to savings will be done this month.
Liens have been placed on the two homes that are past due over two years.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Mark and passed unanimously to raise 2022 dues by $15, to $380.
A motion was made by Will and passed unanimously for a budget of $1,000 for rubber mulch and small playground upgrades.
OLD BUSINESS
Retaining wall project is finished.
Dawn has finished integrating into ACC.
Overnight parking was discussed and will be included in the end of year newsletter.
NEW BUSINESS
Architecture Control Committee (ACC) report was discussed.
Yard of the Month program is finished for the year, and will restart in April.
Connie and Dawn presented an early draft of association guidelines.
