CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5072 Vail Drive on Friday May 6th at 10:00 AM. Attendees included Connie Keller, William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, Dawn Sprulin, and Greg Thompson (Non-voting President).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on December 3rd were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for December 2021 through April 2022 were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
Liens were placed on the two homes that are past due over two years.
The BOD will move forward with foreclosure if the lien is ignored for two years. (A certified letter will be sent before foreclosure).
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Will and passed unanimously for a budget of $750 for pressure washing around the pool area.
OLD BUSINESS
Georgia Power lights have been installed through the neighborhood and pool area.
An electrician will be hired to fix the neighborhood entrance lights.
Pool gate needs to be repaired. Original company has been unresponsive. A new company may need to be used.
- A temporary lock will be used if not fixed before pool opening.
- Parents will be notified about unattended kids at the pool.
NEW BUSINESS
Architecture Control Committee (ACC) report was discussed.
- Dawn will discuss choosing house colors at the annual meeting.
- We will adjust landscaping contract for flowers in favor of neighborhood volunteers.

ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting of the BOD will be in August. The meeting was adjourned at 11:00 AM.
