CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at the Winterchase Pool House on Saturday May 14th at 10:00 AM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, Connie Keller, William Godfrey, Dawn Sprulin, Greg Thompson (Non-voting President), and members representing 10 homes.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the annual meeting held on May 22nd 2021 were read and approved.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Treasurer’s report of financials for 2021 to 2022 was presented Will Godfrey.
- Bank statements for 2022 were made available.
- Largest expenses for 2021 were landscaping and the pool.
MOTIONS
A motion for approval of minutes was made by Greg Thompson and passed unanimously.
A motion for approval of financials was made by Deborah Rogers and passed unanimously
A motion for $600 to be allotted to maintain the neighborhood entrance flowers was made by Will and passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
Greg Thompson discussed the new water retention space between the pool area and the playground area.
NEW BUSINESS
Wendy Williams and Melissa Jones volunteered to maintain the neighborhood entrance flower beds.
- Contract with Dogwood will need to be adjusted.
Diane Godfrey volunteered to update the flowers around the pool.
Future projects were discussed.
- Repairing and replacing the front fence sections. Starting with the “GA Power area”.
- Replacing the chain link fence around the pool.
Pool projects were discussed.
Deborah Rogers volunteered to clean out the water fountains.
Other minor updates will be made to the bulletin board and clock.
No member submitted themselves as a candidate. BOD will remain unchanged.

ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting of the BOD will be in August. The meeting was adjourned at 11:00 AM.
