CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5052 Vail Drive on Saturday August 6th at 10:00 AM. Attendees included Connie Keller, William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, Deborah Rogers, and Greg Thompson (Non-voting President).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on May 6th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for May thru July were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
Homes that are 2 years past due will be receiving a notice that a lien will be placed in October if ignored.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Will and passed unanimously for a budget of $1,000 for two new bulletin boards (front entrance and pool).
A motion was made by Will and passed unanimously to work with Summit, and to start with the GA Power Area first.
- If pleased with the work, we can move forward with the Pool Area Project.
OLD BUSINESS
Pool area and bathrooms were pressure washed and cleaned.
Neighborhood entrance lights have new LED lights installed.
- Left light needs minor repair.
Dawn Spurlin has resigned from the board of directors. The board would like to thank Dawn for her time and service put toward Winterchase.
- The board will look to volunteers to fill the vacancy.
NEW BUSINESS
Fence quotes were discussed. (Thank you, Dawn for obtaining and organizing these)
- Summit Fencing quoted “Pool Area Project” at $3,900; “GA Power Area Project” at $3,600.
