CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 3927 Keystone Ridge on Wednesday April 5th at 7:05 PM. Attendees included Connie Keller, William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, Deborah Rogers, Melissa Jones, and Greg Thompson (Non-voting President).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on November 30th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for November thru March were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
$3,000 was moved over to savings in January.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Will and passed unanimously to update the budget for the pool bulletin board to $500, and the front entrance bulletin board to $1200.
A motion was made by Mark and passed unanimously to move forward with replacing the fence around the pool.
A motion was made by Connie and passed unanimously to sign a 1-year contract with the new landscaper (Lawn n Order).
OLD BUSINESS
Bulletin board project was discussed. The board was in favor of updating the budget to accommodate for new bulletin boards instead of repairing.
Fencing project was discussed. The board reviewed quotes to replace the fence around the front entrance, and the pool. The project to remove the chain link fence around the pool, and replace with a wooden fence is quoted at $5,500.
NEW BUSINESS
Greg proposed a new landscaping contract due to a decline in service with the current landscaper.
ACC Report was presented by Connie and Melissa and approved unanimously.
New pool furniture was discussed. Quotes will be obtained by Deborah.
Due date for yearly dues will be pushed back *THIS YEAR* to July 1st.
- Dues went out late this year because of bank switch from BB&T to Truist.
- Late fees will be applied on August 1st.
Saturday May 20th, 10 AM at the Pool House, will be the date and time for the annual meeting.

The annual meeting will be on Saturday May 20th, 10 AM at the pool house!

ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting of the BOD will at the annual meeting in May. The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 PM.
