CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5053 Vail Drive on Wednesday March 6th at 8:00 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, Connie Keller, Doug McMinn, William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, and Greg Thompson (Parliamentarian)
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on December 12th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for December were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
Financials for January were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Mark and passed unanimously to order 10 pool keys for the upcoming season.
A motion was made by Mark and passed unanimously to schedule a tentative fence work day for Saturday, April 27th.
A motion was made by Deborah and passed unanimously to schedule the annual meeting for Saturday, May 11th @ the pool house.
A motion was made by Greg and passed unanimously for him to call CCWS to obtain additional information for the new water line project.
OLD BUSINESS
Neighbors are reminded that dues can be paid at any BB&T location, as long as you have the coupon from your bill.
NEW BUSINESS
The board will begin accepting new candidates for the upcoming election at the annual meeting. Per covenants, two current board members will be replaced with 2 new members. The board has chosen Deborah Rogers and Doug McMinn to be up for rotation.
ACC Guidelines document was written in 2004. This will be updated to better represent the current neighborhood.
Cobb County Water System asked for 3 working easements at the front of the neighborhood to work on a new water line.

ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting of the BOD will be in April. The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 PM.
