Janice Stoneman- Acting Treasurer
Items:
Account Balance- $28,000 thousand dollars in HOA account.
Management Company- Cost per month is $ 600.00 dollars. Statues is on hold.
HOA Dues- Went back to $350. 00 due to the books being inconclusive, even the household debt. Can not collect from people in back debt. All past balances were forgiven.
Contacting Realtors on new homes for sale and foreclosures. Paula Slayton and Veruschka Mingioni regarding this issue.
Collecting past dues.
May 8th meeting at pool- Elect new Board. Send out letter to neighborhood .
Acworth Trash- Place a call for pool house trash.
Pool Key- Chain lock. 16 yrs under no key.
