We went over bank statements and discussed outstanding dues.
ACC needs to follow through on the yards and house upkeep problems. ACC will give Greg the info and Greg will send fee letters.
We need to wait until Lake Acworth Drive gets widened to add a parking lot and replace the front fence.
We will definitely replace the mailboxes that need it right now.
We need to find a new handyman. Barbara is going to see about someone she knows.
