Dear Winterchase Homeowner:
A special meeting is being scheduled for the purpose of electing members to the Board of Directors. Included with this mailing are a Proxy and an Agenda. Ballots corresponding to each address will be handed out at the meeting.
Please remember that there is only ONE vote per household and that any homeowner who has fines or liens levied against their property is INELIGIBLE to vote. Tenants may vote ONLY if they are named on a proxy provided to us by the owner of the property.

The undersigned designate(s) and appoint(s) __________________________________________as the Proxy for the Homeowner.
By this designation of proxy, the Proxy may attend and represent the Homeowner with the full power to vote and act for the Homeowner in the same manner, to the extent and with the same effect as if the Homeowner were personally present.
This designation revokes any prior designation of proxy that the Homeowner may have given previously, with respect to the Homeowner’s ownership interest in __________________________ ______________________________________. This designation of proxy shall be effective for the Special Meeting of the Winterchase HOA, Acworth, to be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Acworth Police Department and at all adjournments of each meeting.
The Proxy shall have the full power, as the Homeowner’s substitute, to represent the Homeowner and vote on all issues and motions that are properly presented at the meeting for which this designation of proxy is effective.
