Hope you’re staying warm during these cold days. As your HOA board, we invite you to our annual Homeowners Association meeting on Saturday, May 9th at 10:00am at the pool-house.
We will be providing coffee and donuts. Please take the time to visit with your neighbors and be a part of making Winterchase an even better community. We welcome email suggestions as well.
We will be discussing many items on the agenda like, financials, improvements to the neighborhood, talking to new members and changes you’d like to see take place.
At the annual meeting any homeowner who wishes to pay any HOA dues will be able to do so. The standard $35.00 late fee applies for payments received in June or later.
Pool opens on May 25th. Please feel free to make sure others are observing the pool rules. For those who refuse to listen to you, please contact a board member or police for trespassing offenders. Anyone who lost their pool keys may contact Shirley to get a new one for a $ 25.00 re-key fee.
Trash cans- must be removed from the street by the end of trash day (Tuesdays).
Winterchase abides by leash laws.
Pool parking lot registration with the ACC Chair required for 3 day parking or more.
Cobb County regulations state that vehicles cannot be parked on the grass.
Please remove toys, bicycles and trash cans overnight so as not to be seen by people walking on the street. Help keep our neighborhood neat and clean.
