Members Present:

Topics Discussed/Voted on:

Financials discussed.  The bank statements were observed.  The standard annual transfer to savings was made this month.  The HOA finds no need to raise dues.  Dues remain unchanged at $350.

The year to year comparison showed insurance and water usage going up.  Courtney will look into a possible insurance provider.  Barbara will watch the pool-house after the pool is serviced during the week in an effort to tun off the water after it is accidentally left on by the service provider.  The HOA expected the increase in grounds-keeping due to the additional focus on the Snowshoe common’s area.

Newsletter will be sent with the annual invoices.
We are going to re-do the mail boxes; if the cost is less than $5,000, then unanimously approved.
We are going to fix the water fountain at the pool; if the cost is less than $500, then unanimously approved.
We are going to plant some flowers at the front of the neighborhood; if the cost is less than $300, then unanimously approved.
We need to order more pool keys; Greg and Shirley are going to look for the information to order new keys.

Annual HOA Member’s Meeting set for 10 a.m. on May the 16th.

Pool opens officially on May the 25th.
