Board discussed knocking on doors for non compliant homes (upkeep issues) and Greg is going to send letters.
John is meeting with someone this week to add lights at the pool!
Purple house that changed color without approval will be allowed to keep the color.
We’re going to add 2 signs; no outlet and a sign at the pool showing hours and no trespassing (this way we can call the police after hours for trespassing).
We’re going to keep dues the same amount this year and the discount will no longer be 5%; it will be a flat $17 to pay by the early date.
