Winterchase Homeowners Association Volume Number 3 Issue Number 3 Date 5/6/13
Hello neighbors, school is almost out for summer. It’s that time of the year as your HOA board we would like to invite you to a Homeowners Association meeting on Saturday, May 25th at 10:00am in the pool area.
Come start your morning with us, we will be providing coffee and donuts. Even a Moon Walk for your children’s entertainment. Please take the time to visit with your neighbors this is your community, come join us take part and help us make this a better place.
We will be discussing many items on the agenda. At this time any homeowner who wishes to pay any outstanding HOA dues will be able to do so to avoid the $ 50.00 late fee assessed monthly starting June 1st.
