Winterchase HOA Board Meeting

Minutes 5/5/13 -Time 6:00PM
Board Members in attendance:
Grace Laughman – President
Shirley Hutcheson- Vice President
Greg Thomson- Treasurer
John Zambroski- ACC/ Chair
Veruschka Mingioni- Secretary
Start-6:16PM.
Meet with Mark from All Clear pools. They will service, clean, pool, and bathrooms is included in service. Mark will send the contract to Greg. Greg needs a copy of the pool key.
Pool open on Memorial day Saturday, 25th after neighborhood meeting at 10:00am.
Shirley will look into having doughnuts, coffee, juice, and water for the meeting.
John will post date and time for neighborhood meeting information board.
Veruschka will reserve the American Bounce house for the day of meeting
Veruschka will work on newsletter and have it out by May 18th.
All in agreement sold old playground for $ 300.00 and purchased Kent’s playground will be moved once John does drainage for the foundation. John will install fence in front of the playground.
Grace will purchase and have delivered the clime dome and little playground for little ones. John will install.
Grace will look into trash cans.
Grace will look into changing the neighborhood speed limit from 25 to 15 miles per hour. She will like to pass a petition to be sign at the meeting.
