CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5053 Vail Drive on Monday January 22nd at 8:00 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, Mark Perdue, Connie Keller, Will Godfrey, Doug McMinn, and Greg Thompson (Parliamentarian).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on December 20th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
MOTIONS
OLD BUSINESS
By-laws are currently being drafted by all board members.
NEW BUSINESS
An email was sent to HMS to challenge financial inaccuracies for 2017 taxes.
