CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5050 Vail Drive on Wednesday April 18th at 8:00 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, Doug McMinn, William Godfrey, Connie Keller, Mark Perdue, and Greg Thompson (Parliamentarian)
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on March 30th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Mark and passed to purchase the new playground.
A motion was made by Connie and passed unanimously to set a budget of $200 for the potted plants around the pool area.
OLD BUSINESS
Deborah presented a new playground, which cost $3,200.
NEW BUSINESS
Agenda items for the annual meeting were discussed.

ADJOURNMENT
