CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5053 Vail Drive on Wednesday November 30th at 7:05 PM. Attendees included Connie Keller, William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, Deborah Rogers, Melissa Jones, and Greg Thompson (Non-voting President).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on August 6th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for August thru October were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
$3,000 is ready to be moved to savings at the end of the year.
The board will move forward with foreclosure proceedings on one home.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Deborah and passed unanimously add Melissa Jones to the Board of Directors. She will be serving as ACC Chairwoman along with Connie.
A motion was made by Will and passed unanimously to send a reimbursement to Wendy Williams for updating the front entrance flower beds.
A motion was made by Connie and passed unanimously to not allow a falcon as a pet.
A motion was made by Mark and passed to allow a lease to own property.
A motion was made by Connie and passed unanimously to adopt a color scheme for the neighborhood.
A motion was made by Mark and passed unanimously to set a budget of $800 for Quickbooks and a work laptop.
OLD BUSINESS
Fence project facing HWY 92 was completed. Fencing around the pool will be next.
Front entrance lights repair was completed.
NEW BUSINESS
Melissa Jones will be added to the board of directors as ACC Chairwoman to fill a board vacancy.
Exterior paint color schemes were discussed and approved (link found below)

- Glidden Exterior 2022 Catalog
Discussion on dog trash bins was tabled until next meeting.
