CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 3927 Keystone Ridge on Sunday November 19th at 6:00 PM. Attendees included Connie Keller, William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, Deborah Rogers, Melissa Jones, and Greg Thompson (Non-voting President).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on April 5th were approved unanimously.
The minutes from the annual meeting held on May 20th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for April through October were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
$3,000 was transferred from savings to checking.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Melissa and passed unanimously to set a budget of $150 to update the entrance flowers.
A motion was made by Melissa and passed unanimously to set a budget of $45 to repair yard of the month sign.
A motion was made by Deborah and passed unanimously to set a budget of $7,500 for entrance landscaping.
- $5,500~ for plants, $1,650~ for mulch.
- Move forward with this now because of pricing and figuring out the correct planting schedule for the upcoming season.
OLD BUSINESS
Pool fence project was completed, and new furniture purchased.
The board has reviewed the new landscaper and feel like they are doing a great job.
Pool has been winterized for the upcoming season.
NEW BUSINESS
New bulletin boards at the entrance and pool were installed.
ACC report was discussed.
- Car at the pool needs towing.
- Sidewalk repair was discussed.
New pool fence needs staining. The board will try for volunteers first.

ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting of the BOD will at the annual meeting in March. The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 PM.
