CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5050 Vail Drive on Wednesday December 12th at 8:00 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, and Greg Thompson (Parliamentarian)
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on October 17thth were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for October were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
Financials for November were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
Neighbors with outstanding dues need to pay the HOA from this point forward.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Mark and passed unanimously for the web domain and hosting to be renewed through the current provider in January.
A motion was made by Will and passed unanimously for him to pick up assets from HMS this week.
A motion was made by Deborah and passed unanimously to not raise dues in 2019.
OLD BUSINESS
Pool house has been winterized.
BB&T accounts have been created and are ready for transition.
NEW BUSINESS
An end of year newsletter will be drafted and posted online/mailed out.
