CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5052 Vail Drive on Wednesday July 17th at 8:00 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, Connie Keller, William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, and Greg Thompson (Non-voting President)
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on May 3rd were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for June were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
Higher expenses this month due to insurance payment.
From this point last year, we have saved around $9,600 (includes playground purchase).
Past due notices were sent out to 17 homes.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Deborah and passed unanimously to schedule the end of year community BBQ for October 19th.
A motion was made by Greg and passed unanimously to set up a meeting with local police about the Neighborhood Watch program.
A motion was made by Mark and passed unanimously to update pool rules signs, and to make the video cameras at the pool operational.
A motion was made by Connie and passed unanimously that the time to complete structural change that is necessary due to an ACC violation has been set at 30 days.
A motion was made by Greg and passed unanimously to meet with a lawyer to draft a certified letter, and a “mow and blow” procedure.
OLD BUSINESS
An abandoned car went through the 7 day Facebook process, and was subsequently towed.
“Georgia Power” area will be mowed by the next quarterly board meeting.
Next work day for the fence project is scheduled for August 10th.
NEW BUSINESS
A new door and key system for the pool needs to be researched.
Resurfacing/repainting the pool parking lot has been tabled until the next board meeting.
