CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 4021 Snowshoe Court on Friday May 3rd at 8:00 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, Connie Keller, William Godfrey, Mark Perdue, and Greg Thompson (Parliamentarian)
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on March 6th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials for February, March, and April were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
$4,000 was transferred back from checking to savings account, due to HMS problems with bill paying at the beginning of the year.
Phone and Trash services have been turned on at the pool house for the upcoming season.
MOTIONS
A motion was made by Greg and passed unanimously to revisit annual reserve funding at the end of this year.
A motion was made by Deborah and passed unanimously for Greg Thompson to transition to a non-voting president position to better assist the board.
A motion was made by Mark and passed unanimously for the pool to open 1 week early (May 18th) following a clean inspection.
A motion was made by Connie and passed unanimously to tow cars that have been parked or abandoned at the pool parking lot for more than 7 days. Notification posts will be made in the private Facebook group when this occurs. If left unattended for 7 days, the vehicle will be towed.
A motion was made by Greg and passed unanimously to rent a mower to clean up the power line area
A motion was made by Deborah and passed unanimously to budget $75 for snacks for the annual meeting.
OLD BUSINESS
No candidates were submitted for the upcoming election; therefore, there will be no election at the annual meeting.
ACC guidelines document will be the main focus for the annual meeting.
Fence project current spending is at $800, with an original budget of $3,000. Thank you for all our volunteers!
NEW BUSINESS
Yard of the Month program has officially been restarted.
End of the year BBQ is scheduled for the 1st or 2nd weekend in October.
