CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of Winterchase Board of Directors was held at 5053 Vail Drive on Tuesday November 21st at 7:50 PM. Attendees included Deborah Rogers, Mark Perdue, Connie Keller, Will Godfrey, Doug McMinn, and Greg Thompson (Parliamentarian).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the BOD meeting held on October 27th were approved unanimously.
APPROVAL OF FINANCIALS
Financials were presented by Will and approved unanimously.
MOTIONS
Will motioned to look into a new pool company, or to find ways to cut pool expenses.
OLD BUSINESS
Have not heard from neighbor about backyard renovations. Connie personally walked the paper work down.
Light in front of the neighborhood will be replaced soon.
New swings were installed at the playground.
NEW BUSINESS
End of year newsletter was approved to be mailed out by HMS.

ADJOURNMENT
The next meeting of the BOD will be in December. The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 PM.
