Winterchase HOA Board members will like to put out a news letter communication for the holidays, or in the HOA dues invoice envelopes. The communication will cover items as follow;
Welcome new neighbors/ season greetings.
Replastering of pool, Blue Whale won the biding and is fully accredited.
Acworth Police is enforcing parking, $25.00 parking ticket.
Season decorating gift card $ 50.00. ( if can be)
Holiday reefs to be hung at Winterchase entry way.
Call Acworth for street lights that are out, report them to John Zambroski- ACC/ Chair.
All return pool keys will be given to Shirley check of the list, any lost keys will be charged a $ 25.00 fee.
Thank you to John Zambroski- ACC/ Chair and his crew for cleaning out all retention pools in the neighborhood.
Animals need to be on a lease reminder. Winterchase needs to abide be lease law, All pets must be on a 6 in lease.
Tree trimming, call Georgia Power for tree trimming around the pool area, Veruschka will call.
