Topics discussed:
-Pat is going to get a quote on a new landscaping company. Our current company has been ignoring calls so we are looking for a new company.
-We still need to work on welcome packets for the new neighbors (information on area and HOA).
-We want to clean the retention pond soon; need to find someone to do it.
-We are going to get a charcoal grill at the pool and replace the water fountain.
-Secretary is stepping down when her home sells; no later than Spring 2017. Secretary position will be available.
