HOA account balance is $29,819.35 dollars as of June 11, 2010. Difference of $1481.90 dollars. Greg will check.
New contact list. Need to post a new contact list at pool area.
Need to put out updated contact list of board members in a letter to neighborhood.
Janice transfer the books to Greg Thomson. Check book and receipts to Greg.
AT&T to turn off phone at pool area September 20th. Start service on May 3rd.
Georgia Power bill. Front of neighborhood. Pool area.
Water bill- two water bills, front flat $22.00 per month. Pool water.
Acworth Garbage bill- Starting to pay bill.
Dogwood Landscaping- To pay by 15th of the month. Owner, Jason Corey, needs to send statement for bills. Contract states he needs to send bill every 1st of the month. The Treasurer will pay by the 15th of the month. Owner would like to email bill statements. Statements need to be sent to P.O.Box. Two months bill to be paid.
HOA is not set-up for Web homepage. Need to look into.
Greg will send letterhead to Dogwood Landscaping to inform him to send bill statements to P.O. Box.
Dogwood Landscaping needs to keep mowing right of way, have to follow through. Need to mow further back at Daryll Abbrecht.
Jeff Vozella did play ground area mulch, pine straw, and trim branches back to fence.
Have not received estimates for retention pond on other side of neighborhood from Dogwood Landscaping.
Service has been provided. $ 550.00 month landscaping-needs to send bill for additional.
Greg will give passwords to QuickBooks.
Put dues back to $ 350.00, good faith to get people to pay.
Stepping up on the board, positive feedback from neighborhood.
Chad does maintains the pool area, head pump was ordered and will be installing equipment.
Insurance claim- Janice will keep up with insurance claim for neighborhood, will keep the board & neighborhood informed regarding this matter.
Light in the women’s restroom at the pool house was out, Scott will place a new light bulb.
Neighborhood Best Yard program was placed on hold. Shirley has the sign. May start up again in the fall.
Board may discuss having a summer, pool closing block party for neighborhood.
